The staff was excellent, and the restaurant was fabulous! Waiter is the best ever! Mayakoba is a district that deserves exploring. Meals were great.

We had 5 nights in Playa del Carmen, spend our time here fantastically. Stuff at the hotel where professional. Booked ambassador king suite, that included a laptop-size safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a dining area. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a great addition.

Fantastic hotel, the staff was absolutely friendly. We greatly enjoyed grand velas riviera maya so we would definitely return here. Mayakoba district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting: )
